Role Overview – FLG Shipping is hiring a Warehouse Supervisor for a full-time, on-site position based in Dubai. This position is ideal for experienced logistics professionals with strong supervisory expertise, warehouse and shipping operations knowledge, and the ability to lead warehouse teams effectively, manage operations, ensure compliance, optimize efficiency, maintain safety, and contribute to organizational success within a dynamic shipping and logistics organization.

Warehouse Operations Leadership – You will lead warehouse operations by directing activities, managing teams, setting standards, and driving efficiency. You will oversee comprehensive warehouse supporting organizational objectives. You should lead warehouse operations strategically and professionally.

Warehouse Team Management – You will manage warehouse team by assigning responsibilities, providing direction, conducting reviews, and supporting professional development. You will build capable team, maintain standards, mentor staff, and foster collaborative culture. You should inspire confidence and develop team capabilities.

Team Supervision and Direction – You will supervise team by monitoring work, providing guidance, addressing performance issues, and supporting excellence. You will ensure team meets standards and deadlines. You should supervise team effectively.

Staff Development and Training – You will develop staff by conducting training, supporting skill development, mentoring individuals, and building capability. You will enhance team expertise and performance. You should support team development.

Performance Management – You will manage performance by setting expectations, monitoring results, conducting reviews, and supporting improvement. You will maintain high performance standards. You should manage team performance.

Inventory Management and Organization – You will manage inventory by organizing stock, tracking goods, maintaining records, and supporting accuracy. You will maintain organized inventory systems. You should manage inventory effectively.

Stock Tracking and Records – You will track stock by recording receipts, monitoring storage, updating records, and maintaining accuracy. You will maintain accurate inventory information. You should manage inventory records.

Receiving and Inspection – You will oversee receiving by coordinating intake, inspecting goods, verifying documentation, and organizing placement. You will ensure proper receiving procedures and accuracy. You should manage receiving operations.
