Supervision of Warehouse Operations: As a Warehouse Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the warehouse. This includes ensuring the timely receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods while maintaining high levels of accuracy and efficiency.

Team Leadership and Management: You will oversee and guide a workforce of more than 100 laborers, ensuring smooth coordination across shifts. Your leadership will play a crucial role in maintaining discipline, motivation, and teamwork among staff members of different nationalities.

Inventory and Stock Control: The role requires you to implement effective stock control procedures, maintain accurate inventory records, and ensure that all goods are properly labeled and stored. You will also be expected to conduct routine audits to minimize stock discrepancies.

Health and Safety Compliance: As part of your responsibilities, you will ensure compliance with workplace safety regulations and company policies. This includes monitoring warehouse equipment usage, enforcing safety protocols, and conducting training sessions to maintain a safe work environment.

Multinational Workforce Management: Since you will be supervising a diverse team of workers from various cultural backgrounds, strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively are essential. Fluency in Hindi is mandatory to interact efficiently with the majority workforce.

Problem-Solving and Reporting: You will be expected to quickly identify and resolve operational issues, handle staff concerns, and provide daily reports to management. Your ability to adapt under pressure and implement practical solutions will directly impact warehouse productivity.
