Job Overview: Hunter Foods is looking for an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join its Supply Chain & Operations team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in inventory management, warehouse audits, food safety compliance, and team leadership. This role is critical to ensuring smooth and efficient warehouse operations in our new greenfield facility.

Key Responsibilities: The Warehouse Supervisor will oversee day-to-day warehouse operations, including the receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods. They will manage warehouse staff, ensure compliance with SOPs, and maintain accurate records of all stock movements. The role also involves monitoring safety procedures, ensuring timely delivery, and optimizing warehouse workflows.

Inventory & Auditing: The candidate will conduct regular inventory checks and audits to maintain stock accuracy. They will be responsible for preventing stock losses, ensuring FIFO (First In, First Out) practices, and preparing reports on discrepancies for management review.

Food Safety & Compliance: Since Hunter Foods is part of the food industry, the Warehouse Supervisor must ensure that all storage and handling comply with food safety standards and UAE regulatory requirements. This includes ensuring hygiene practices, proper handling of products, and maintaining an audit-ready warehouse at all times.

Team Leadership: The Warehouse Supervisor will manage and motivate warehouse staff, assign daily tasks, and ensure team productivity. Training new employees, monitoring performance, and building a culture of accountability and efficiency will be key responsibilities.

Collaboration & Reporting: The role requires close coordination with procurement, production, and distribution teams to ensure smooth operations. The Warehouse Supervisor will prepare periodic reports, highlight potential bottlenecks, and suggest process improvements.
