Job Overview:

CPECC is currently seeking a highly experienced Warehouse Manager for immediate deployment on projects in Abu Dhabi, with a specific emphasis on ADNOC operations. The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience and expertise in managing complex warehouse environments within the oil and gas industry.

The Warehouse Manager will be responsible for overseeing comprehensive warehouse operations, ensuring seamless logistics, inventory management, and adherence to stringent safety standards. With a minimum requirement of 10+ years of experience, the selected professional must demonstrate exceptional leadership skills, deep understanding of warehouse management systems, and proven ability to optimize operational efficiency. The role demands a strategic approach to inventory control, staff management, and implementation of robust procedural frameworks that align with ADNOC's high-performance standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage entire warehouse operations and logistics

Implement efficient inventory management systems

Ensure strict compliance with ADNOC safety protocols

Coordinate material receiving, storage, and distribution

Develop and maintain warehouse procedures

Supervise warehouse staff and daily operations

Conduct regular inventory audits

Prepare comprehensive performance reports

Maintain health, safety, and environmental standards

Qualifications:

10+ years of warehouse management experience

Mandatory ADNOC experience

Bachelor's degree in Logistics or Supply Chain Management

Proven track record in inventory management

Strong leadership and team management capabilities

Proficiency in warehouse management technologies

Technical Requirements:

Valid UAE work permit

Immediate availability

Excellent English communication skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office

Knowledge of inventory tracking systems

Preferred Attributes:

Petrochemical sector experience

Advanced logistics certifications

Arabic language skills

Adaptability in fast-paced industrial environments
