International Group Trading Co LLC is hiring a Warehouse In-Charge cum Inventory Controller with hands-on FMCG experience, strong inventory control skills, and exposure to WMS & ERP systems who can oversee warehouse operations, manage inventory accuracy, and drive efficient FMCG distribution in Sharjah.

Warehouse Operations Supervision

Oversee complete warehouse operations by supervising receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch activities, managing warehouse staff, ensuring efficient workflows, maintaining operational standards, and driving productivity in FMCG distribution environment.

Inventory Control and Management

Manage comprehensive inventory control by conducting cycle counts, reconciling physical stock with system records, investigating discrepancies, implementing corrective actions, and maintaining high inventory accuracy that supports reliable business operations.

WMS and ERP System Management

Manage WMS and ERP systems by overseeing all inventory transactions, ensuring data accuracy, generating inventory reports, analyzing stock movement patterns, and leveraging systems to optimize inventory visibility and control.

Team Leadership and Development

Lead warehouse team by assigning tasks, providing training and guidance, monitoring performance, addressing issues, fostering teamwork, and building a capable team that delivers consistent operational excellence.

Stock Planning and Optimization

Support stock planning and optimization by analyzing inventory levels, identifying optimal stock quantities, monitoring stock turnover rates, coordinating with procurement on reorder levels, and ensuring balanced inventory that meets demand without excess.

Stock Rotation and Expiry Management

Implement strict stock rotation and expiry management by enforcing FIFO/FEFO principles, monitoring product shelf life, coordinating clearance of near-expiry items, minimizing waste, and protecting product quality in FMCG distribution.

Warehouse Space Management

Optimize warehouse space management by organizing storage areas efficiently, implementing effective racking systems, ensuring proper product placement, maximizing space utilization, and maintaining organized warehouse layout.

Quality Control and Compliance

Ensure quality control and compliance by inspecting incoming goods, maintaining product quality standards, following health and safety regulations, implementing hygiene protocols, and supporting audit requirements.

Reporting and Analysis

Prepare reports and analysis including inventory status reports, stock movement analysis, warehouse KPIs, discrepancy reports, and other management information that supports informed decision-making and continuous improvement.

Coordination with Stakeholders

Coordinate with procurement, sales, logistics, finance, and other departments to ensure seamless operations, accurate information flow, timely order fulfillment, and alignment of warehouse activities with business objectives.

FMCG Experience

Hands-on FMCG experience is required with proven track record in warehouse management, inventory control, and FMCG distribution operations. Your experience should demonstrate understanding of FMCG product handling, fast-moving inventory dynamics, and distribution requirements.

Strong Inventory Control Skills

Strong inventory control skills including cycle counting, stock reconciliation, discrepancy management, ABC analysis, stock optimization, and ability to maintain high inventory accuracy in high-volume FMCG environment.
