Job Description

Guest Service Excellence  The Waiter or Waitress will deliver warm, respectful, and attentive service to all guests, ensuring a welcoming and comfortable dining experience from arrival to departure. This role focuses on creating positive impressions through genuine hospitality and consistent service quality.

Professional Conduct The position requires maintaining professional behaviour at all times, including polite communication, confident body language, and a well-groomed appearance. The Waiter or Waitress will represent the brand with dignity and professionalism during every guest interaction.

Order Taking and Accuracy  The role involves taking food and beverage orders accurately while actively listening to guest preferences and special requests. Orders must be communicated clearly to avoid errors and ensure guest satisfaction throughout the dining experience.

Service Coordination  Effective coordination with kitchen, bar, and service colleagues is essential for smooth and timely service. The Waiter or Waitress will work collaboratively to ensure dishes are delivered correctly and service flow remains uninterrupted.

Guest Care and Feedback Handling guest feedback with patience, courtesy, and composure is a key responsibility. The role requires responding calmly to concerns and escalating issues appropriately to maintain a positive guest experience.

Hygiene and Responsibility The Waiter or Waitress will maintain cleanliness and organisation of tables, service stations, and work areas at all times. Accountability for assigned sections before, during, and after service is essential to uphold hygiene and service standards.
