Role Overview – Gulf Education is seeking experienced Vice Principal to join our MOE (Ministry of Education) schools across the UAE. We are hiring for Principal and Vice Principal positions, ideal for passionate education professionals committed to leadership excellence, academic achievement, and creating positive learning environments that inspire students and support faculty development.

Academic Leadership Support – You will support the Principal in academic leadership, oversee curriculum implementation, coordinate department activities, monitor teaching standards, support instructional improvement, analyze student performance data, coordinate assessment processes, and ensure consistent delivery of quality education across the school.

Faculty Supervision and Mentoring – You will supervise teaching staff, conduct classroom observations, provide instructional coaching, support teacher development, facilitate professional learning communities, coordinate training programs, address teaching challenges, and ensure teachers receive guidance and support to enhance their effectiveness.

Student Academic Progress Monitoring – You will monitor student academic progress, track performance trends, coordinate intervention programs for struggling students, oversee special education services, manage student assessment processes, coordinate examination administration, and ensure all students receive appropriate academic support.

Curriculum and Timetable Coordination – You will coordinate curriculum planning and implementation, manage school timetables, allocate teaching resources, organize subject coordination meetings, ensure curriculum coverage, coordinate extracurricular activities, and maintain smooth academic operations throughout the school year.

Discipline and Student Behavior Management – You will oversee student discipline and behavior management systems, implement positive behavior strategies, address disciplinary issues, coordinate with counselors and parents, maintain safe learning environment, enforce school policies consistently, and promote respectful student conduct.

Parent Communication and Relations – You will communicate with parents regarding academic matters, address parent concerns, coordinate parent-teacher meetings, provide academic updates, support parent engagement initiatives, and maintain positive relationships that support student learning.

Administrative and Operational Support – You will support school administration including attendance monitoring, staff scheduling, event coordination, documentation management, compliance reporting to MOE, quality assurance activities, and various operational tasks that ensure smooth school functioning.

Requirements – Significant experience in educational leadership roles such as Vice Principal, Head of Department, or Senior Coordinator. Strong knowledge of MOE curriculum and UAE education standards. Proven experience in academic supervision and teacher development. Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills. Bachelor's degree in Education required; Master's degree preferred. Teaching qualification essential.
