Role Overview – The Territory Customer Executive is responsible for driving Food Service sales within a designated territory. This position focuses on building strong business relationships with customers, understanding their needs, and ensuring that the company’s products and services deliver consistent value while achieving defined sales objectives.
Sales Target Achievement – The role involves setting and achieving sales targets for Food Service customers. The Territory Customer Executive actively monitors market trends, identifies growth opportunities, and implements effective sales strategies to increase revenue and expand the customer base within the assigned territory.
Business Development and Customer Growth – The position requires identifying and securing new business opportunities while expanding existing accounts. You will work to create positive growth by proposing tailored solutions to customers, introducing new product lines, and ensuring that the company remains a preferred supplier in all relevant market segments.
Account Management – Managing customer accounts is a key responsibility. This includes regular communication with clients, monitoring account performance, addressing concerns, and ensuring timely delivery of products. The role demands a proactive approach to maintain high customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Sales Strategy Execution – The Territory Customer Executive implements company-approved sales strategies while tailoring approaches to individual customers’ needs. This includes planning sales visits, preparing presentations, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure successful order fulfillment and promotional activities.
Collaboration and Reporting – Working within a multinational team, you will collaborate closely with other sales colleagues, marketing, and logistics teams to ensure seamless operations. You will also provide regular reports and insights on sales performance, competitor activities, and market feedback to management for informed decision-making.
