Front Desk Operations: As a Temporary Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for all visitors and callers, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment at all times. Your role will involve greeting guests, managing inquiries, and directing them to the appropriate departments.
Telephone and Communication Management: You will be responsible for handling incoming calls, routing them efficiently, and maintaining a polite and helpful tone. This includes managing internal communication and promptly responding to queries to ensure smooth office operations.
Administrative Support: The role requires assisting with various administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, maintaining records, handling correspondence, and supporting colleagues with day-to-day clerical duties. Your efficiency will directly contribute to the productivity of the office.
MS Excel and Data Entry: A strong focus of this position is data entry and reporting using MS Excel. You will manage spreadsheets, track information, and prepare simple reports, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in all assigned tasks.
Language and Client Interaction: Fluency in both Hindi and English is essential, as you will interact with a diverse client base and colleagues. Strong communication skills will allow you to represent the company in a professional and approachable manner.
Time-Sensitive Role: Since this is a temporary position, we are looking for candidates who can join immediately and quickly adapt to the work environment. The ability to handle pressure, manage multiple tasks, and deliver results within a short timeframe is vital.
