Amer Smart Lounge, a government-authorised Amer Centre, is looking for a Telesales Executive who can turn that confusion into confidence, one call at a time.

This is a role for someone who enjoys the energy of sales but understands that the real value lies in helping people. You will handle outbound and inbound calls, connecting with potential customers to explain the company's range of visa, Emirates ID, medical, and government transaction services . You will listen to customer requirements, recommend the right solutions, and guide them through the process with patience and professionalism. Your ability to follow up, build relationships, and close sales will directly contribute to achieving individual and team targets . You will also coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth processing of customer requests, maintaining accurate records of every interaction 

The ideal candidate has good communication and convincing skills, with a strong interest in sales and telesales. You are customer-focused, confident, and target-oriented . Knowledge of UAE government transactions and services is a distinct advantage, and candidates currently working in operations, typing centres, Amer centres, or travel agencies—who are keen to move into sales—are especially encouraged to apply . Candidates holding a valid UAE visa and those available to join immediately will be given preference .
This is a full-time, on-site position based in Dubai, near the Financial Centre Metro Station . The salary range is AED 3,500 to AED 4,500 per month.
