Role Overview:

Avoir HR Services Pvt. is seeking a skilled and technically capable Technical Engineer to support engineering operations, technical coordination, troubleshooting, and project requirements in Dubai. The role involves applying engineering knowledge to resolve technical challenges, coordinate with relevant teams, maintain quality standards, and ensure technical activities are completed efficiently and accurately.

Technical Operations: Provide technical support for engineering activities, systems, equipment, and project requirements. Review technical specifications, drawings, documentation, and project-related information. Identify technical issues and develop practical solutions to maintain smooth operations. Assist in implementing engineering procedures, standards, and technical best practices.

Troubleshooting & Problem Solving: Investigate technical faults, operational issues, and performance-related problems. Conduct technical assessments and recommend appropriate corrective actions. Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to resolve technical concerns. Monitor implemented solutions and ensure issues are properly addressed.

Project & Site Coordination: Support the planning, execution, and monitoring of technical project activities. Coordinate with engineers, contractors, suppliers, and other relevant stakeholders. Ensure technical work is aligned with approved specifications, schedules, and quality requirements. Assist with site inspections, technical evaluations, and project progress activities when required.

Documentation & Quality Control: Prepare and maintain technical reports, records, inspection documents, and engineering documentation. Review technical deliverables for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with requirements. Support quality-control processes and help maintain consistent engineering standards. Maintain organized records of technical issues, solutions, inspections, and project updates.

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or relevant qualification in Engineering or a related technical discipline. Proven experience in a technical engineering or similar engineering role. Strong technical troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving abilities. Ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and engineering documentation.

Good knowledge of engineering practices, quality standards, and technical procedures. Strong communication and coordination skills. Ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams and manage technical priorities. Proficiency with relevant engineering and technical software is preferred.
