Job Description

Role Overview – Hermès is hiring a Team Leader for a full-time, on-site position based in Dubai. This position is ideal for experienced retail professionals with strong leadership capabilities, luxury brand expertise, and the ability to manage team members effectively, deliver exceptional customer service, drive sales performance, maintain operational excellence, and represent the Hermès brand with sophistication and elegance within a dynamic luxury retail environment.

Team Supervision and Management – You will oversee a team of retail associates by assigning responsibilities, monitoring performance, and ensuring accountability for sales and service objectives. You will conduct regular one-on-one meetings, provide constructive feedback, and support team members in their professional development and career progression.

Customer Service Excellence – You will maintain and drive exceptional customer service standards by modeling luxury service principles, ensuring team members deliver outstanding experiences, and personally assisting high-value clients. You will create an atmosphere of sophistication and elegance, anticipate customer needs, and exceed expectations with personalized attention.

Sales Performance Management – You will drive sales performance by setting team sales targets, monitoring progress against objectives, and implementing strategies to achieve or exceed targets. You will coach team members on sales techniques, recognize top performers, and support continuous improvement in sales productivity.

Luxury Brand Representation – You will represent the Hermès brand with sophistication, elegance, and professionalism in all interactions with customers and colleagues. You will embody brand values, maintain impeccable standards, and ensure the team reflects the brand's commitment to quality and excellence.

Store Operations and Standards – You will maintain operational excellence by managing store cleanliness, merchandise presentation, inventory control, and operational procedures. You will ensure the store reflects brand standards, merchandise is displayed beautifully, and operations run smoothly.
