Role Overview – Khansaheb Group is hiring a Team Leader for a full-time, on-site position based in Dubai. This position is ideal for experienced professionals with strong leadership capabilities, team management expertise, and the ability to supervise team members effectively, drive operational performance, maintain quality standards, and contribute to organizational growth within a dynamic business environment.

Team Supervision and Management – You will oversee a team of direct reports by assigning tasks, monitoring progress, and ensuring accountability for assigned responsibilities. You will conduct regular one-on-one meetings, provide constructive feedback, and support team members in their professional development and career progression.

Performance Management – You will establish clear performance expectations for team members, monitor individual and team productivity against established targets, and document performance through objective assessments. You will identify high performers for recognition and implement improvement plans for underperforming staff while maintaining fair and consistent evaluation practices.

Staff Development and Training – You will identify training needs within your team, facilitate professional development opportunities, and mentor team members to enhance their skills and capabilities. You will create learning plans for staff, support career advancement, and invest time in developing future leaders within your organization.

Quality Assurance and Standards – You will maintain and enforce quality standards for all team outputs, conduct regular inspections or reviews of work, and implement corrective actions when standards are not met. You will establish quality metrics, monitor compliance with procedures, and continuously work toward improvements in team performance.

Operational Efficiency – You will optimize team workflows, identify process improvements, and implement changes that increase productivity and reduce inefficiencies. You will manage resources effectively, allocate work based on individual strengths, and ensure deadlines are consistently met without compromising quality.

Communication and Information Sharing – You will facilitate clear communication within your team, share relevant company updates and strategic information, and ensure team members understand organizational goals and their individual contributions. You will maintain open communication channels and encourage dialogue between team members.

Conflict Resolution and Mediation – You will address interpersonal conflicts within the team promptly and professionally, mediating disputes fairly, and working toward resolutions that maintain team cohesion. You will identify underlying issues, facilitate understanding between parties, and implement solutions that restore positive working relationships.
