Teaching and Learning Roles: We are currently seeking experienced and qualified IB PYP, MYP, and DP teachers across all subject areas, including English, Mathematics, Science, Humanities, and Languages. Our teachers are expected to design and deliver engaging lessons that align with the IB philosophy, encouraging inquiry-based learning, critical thinking, and intercultural understanding. Educators with prior IB experience or training will be preferred, though candidates demonstrating strong pedagogical skills and an international outlook are highly encouraged to apply.

Leadership Opportunities: Bridge Education is also recruiting for Leadership Roles, including PYP and MYP Coordinators, who will play a vital role in leading curriculum development, supporting teacher growth, and ensuring consistent excellence in teaching standards. These roles require strong leadership abilities, strategic thinking, and a deep understanding of IB principles to guide faculty teams and foster a culture of continuous improvement across the school community.

Specialist Roles: In addition to classroom teachers, we are seeking talented Specialists in Arts, PE, ICT, SEN, EAL, Librarianship, and Music. These educators will provide students with enriching learning experiences beyond the core subjects, nurturing their creativity, physical fitness, and personal growth. Candidates should bring enthusiasm, innovation, and expertise to design engaging programs that contribute to students’ holistic development and well-being.

Arabic and Islamic Education: We are proud to integrate cultural diversity and regional values into our curriculum, and thus, we welcome Arabic and Islamic A & B Teachers who can deliver high-quality instruction in these subjects. Administrative and Support Opportunities: Alongside our teaching positions, Bridge Education is also hiring for Administrative and Support Staff, including Head of Admissions and other key operational roles. Candidates for these positions should have strong organizational skills, effective communication abilities, and a passion for providing exceptional service to students, parents, and staff. Experience in school operations or student services will be considered a significant advantage.
