Key Responsibilities: You will plan and deliver engaging lessons that meet curriculum requirements and encourage analytical thinking. Responsibilities will include assessing student work, giving constructive feedback, and preparing students for internal and external examinations. You will foster a supportive classroom environment where students feel confident expressing ideas and debating interpretations of literary works.

Curriculum Delivery: Lessons will balance the study of language mechanics with an appreciation of literary techniques and storytelling. You will integrate poetry, prose, drama, and non-fiction texts into your teaching, using both traditional and digital resources. Emphasis will be placed on developing reading comprehension, critical analysis, persuasive writing, and oral presentation skills.

Student Development: Beyond academic learning, you will inspire creativity through writing workshops, literature clubs, and dramatic readings. Encouraging students to write their own short stories, essays, and poetry will form part of your approach to nurturing their unique voices.
