Role Overview – Infinium Associates is hiring a Talent Consultant in Dubai. This role sits at the intersection of business development and recruitment delivery, working closely with enterprise clients and diverse talent pools across regions. This position is ideal for professionals who enjoy building relationships, driving hiring outcomes at scale, and working in a fast-growth environment.
Business Development and Client Acquisition – You will drive business development by identifying and acquiring new enterprise clients, prospecting potential companies, conducting market research, reaching out to decision-makers, pitching recruitment services, understanding client hiring needs, negotiating contracts and terms, closing deals, and building a robust client portfolio that generates recruitment mandates.
Enterprise Client Management – You will work closely with enterprise clients by serving as their primary talent consultant, understanding their organizational needs and hiring strategies, discussing workforce planning requirements, providing talent market insights, consulting on hiring best practices, managing client expectations, maintaining regular communication, and building long-term partnerships that support recurring business.
Recruitment Delivery at Scale – You will drive hiring outcomes at scale by managing multiple recruitment mandates simultaneously, coordinating end-to-end recruitment processes for volume hiring, implementing efficient sourcing strategies, managing recruitment pipelines, meeting aggressive hiring timelines, filling positions quickly without compromising quality, and delivering high-volume recruitment results that meet client targets.
Talent Sourcing Across Regions – You will work with diverse talent pools across regions by sourcing candidates from UAE, GCC countries, Asia, Europe, and other geographies as required. You will leverage international job portals, professional networks, social media, databases, and other channels to identify qualified candidates globally and match them with client opportunities.
Candidate Relationship Management – You will build relationships with candidates by engaging talent professionally, understanding career aspirations, providing career guidance, presenting opportunities attractively, maintaining candidate pipelines, nurturing relationships for future opportunities, ensuring positive candidate experiences, and creating talent networks that support ongoing placement needs.
Full-Cycle Recruitment – You will manage full-cycle recruitment including understanding job requirements, creating job descriptions, sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting interviews, shortlisting qualified candidates, coordinating client interviews, managing feedback, negotiating offers, closing placements, and supporting onboarding processes.
Talent Market Intelligence – You will develop deep understanding of talent markets across industries and regions, monitor salary trends and benchmarks, track talent availability and competition for skills, understand hiring patterns, gather market intelligence, provide clients with talent insights, and position yourself as a trusted advisor on talent acquisition strategies.
Stakeholder Management – You will manage multiple stakeholders including hiring managers, HR teams, C-level executives at client organizations, candidates across various levels, internal delivery teams, and regional partners. You will coordinate effectively across stakeholders, communicate clearly, manage expectations, and facilitate smooth collaboration.
Strategic Recruitment Consulting – You will provide strategic recruitment consulting to enterprise clients by advising on talent attraction strategies, recommending optimal hiring approaches, suggesting employer branding improvements, proposing innovative sourcing methods, helping clients compete for talent effectively, and adding consultative value beyond transactional recruitment.

Technology and Tools Utilization – You will utilize recruitment technology including Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), CRM platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, sourcing tools, communication platforms, and other recruitment technologies to enhance efficiency, track activities, manage pipelines, and deliver results effectively.
Networking and Market Presence – You will build professional networks by attending industry events, participating in recruitment communities, connecting with HR professionals, engaging on professional platforms, representing Infinium Associates at forums, building market presence, and developing reputation as a trusted talent consultant.
Performance Reporting and Analytics – You will track and report performance metrics including placements made, business development activities, client meetings, candidate pipeline, time-to-fill, client satisfaction, revenue generated, and other KPIs. You will analyze data, identify improvement opportunities, and support data-driven decision-making.
