As our Talent Acquisition Officer, you will play a crucial role in identifying, attracting, and securing top talent across various departments. Your responsibilities will include screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, coordinating with department heads, and maintaining recruitment metrics. Experience with modern recruitment tools and techniques, along with knowledge of UAE labor laws, will be highly valuable.
