Role Overview – Al Madina Group is hiring a Talent Acquisition Executive for a full-time, on-site role. This position is ideal for proactive, people-focused recruitment professionals with strong sourcing abilities and excellent communication skills who can drive talent acquisition efforts, build candidate pipelines, and support the organization's hiring needs across diverse business functions.

End-to-End Recruitment Management – You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle by understanding hiring requirements, developing sourcing strategies, screening candidates, coordinating interviews, managing offer processes, and ensuring a seamless and positive recruitment experience for both candidates and hiring managers.

Talent Sourcing and Pipeline Development – You will demonstrate strong sourcing abilities by proactively identifying candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, networking, employee referrals, and direct sourcing, building robust talent pipelines, and maintaining databases of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.

Candidate Screening and Assessment – You will conduct thorough candidate screening and assessments by reviewing CVs, conducting phone interviews, evaluating qualifications and cultural fit, and presenting well-matched shortlists to hiring managers that enable efficient and informed hiring decisions.

Stakeholder Engagement and Collaboration – You will engage with hiring managers and department heads by understanding role requirements, providing recruitment updates, managing expectations, offering market insights, and ensuring alignment between talent acquisition activities and business objectives.

Interview Coordination and Scheduling – You will coordinate interview schedules by liaising between candidates and hiring managers, sending confirmations, managing rescheduling, ensuring timely communication, and maintaining a professional candidate experience throughout the interview process.

Employer Branding and Candidate Engagement – You will support employer branding initiatives by promoting Al Madina Group as an employer of choice, creating compelling job advertisements, engaging candidates through professional communication, and ensuring a positive candidate experience that reflects the organization's values.
