Role Overview: Gourmet Gulf is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Supply Chain Coordinator to join our team in the UAE. This role is crucial in managing the purchasing process, nurturing strong supplier relationships, and ensuring the timely delivery of goods. We are looking for a candidate who can join immediately and demonstrates strong organizational skills, effective communication, and a solid understanding of supply chain operations.

Management of the Purchasing Process: You will be responsible for processing and meticulously managing purchase orders, ensuring accuracy in all details and their timely submission to suppliers.

Maintaining Supplier Relationships and Communication: You will maintain regular and effective communication with our suppliers to confirm delivery schedules, proactively address any potential issues or delays, and efficiently resolve any discrepancies that may arise.

Ensuring Accurate Documentation: You will be responsible for ensuring the accurate and organized documentation of all purchases, supplier agreements, and Quality Incident Report Documents (QIRDs), maintaining a comprehensive record-keeping system.

Preparation of Supply Chain Reports: You will prepare and present insightful reports on purchasing activities, evaluate supplier performance based on key metrics, and provide other related supply chain metrics as required by management.
