Role Overview: The Supervisor – Electromechanical will be responsible for managing all electromechanical operations related to gas central systems. This role requires a technically proficient and hands-on professional who can lead teams, oversee system installations, and ensure the highest standards of operational efficiency and safety at Royal Gas facilities in Abu Dhabi.

Technical Expertise: The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of both electrical and mechanical systems, with strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills. A key focus will be on maintaining system integrity, managing repairs, and ensuring compliance with regulatory safety standards for gas systems and equipment.

Leadership & Supervision: As a supervisor, you will oversee a team of technicians and engineers, providing guidance, task allocation, and training to ensure seamless project execution. Your ability to lead by example, motivate teams, and enforce company policies will be crucial to maintaining productivity and operational discipline.

System Maintenance & Operations: You will manage preventive and corrective maintenance schedules for gas central systems, ensuring all electrical and mechanical components function optimally. Monitoring system performance, responding promptly to breakdowns, and implementing maintenance improvements will be integral parts of your role.

Health, Safety & Compliance: Royal Gas prioritizes safety above all. The Supervisor will be responsible for ensuring that all electromechanical operations adhere to UAE safety standards, company guidelines, and environmental regulations. You will also ensure that staff follow all PPE and safety protocols in the field.

Communication & Coordination: The position demands strong communication and coordination with project managers, engineers, and contractors. You will ensure smooth workflow between departments, provide technical reports, and update management on project progress and maintenance results.
