Role Overview – Al Thamam Electronics Trading L.L.C, a trusted name in electronics retail across the UAE, is hiring a Supervisor Cashier for immediate joining. This position is ideal for experienced cashier professionals who can supervise cashier operations, ensure financial accuracy, deliver exceptional customer service, and support the daily operations of a growing electronics retail store.

Cash Handling and Billing Supervision – You will supervise daily cash transactions, billing, and receipts, ensuring accurate operations at the retail point of sale. Your responsibilities include overseeing cashier team performance, monitoring transaction processing, verifying cash handling procedures are followed, balancing cash registers, preparing daily cash reports, reconciling discrepancies, and maintaining financial accuracy through meticulous attention to detail.

Cashier Team Oversight – You will oversee the cashier team to ensure consistent performance and adherence to company standards. Your supervisory duties include monitoring cashier activities, providing on-the-spot guidance, addressing operational issues promptly, ensuring compliance with cash handling policies, and maintaining smooth cashier operations throughout business hours.

Customer Service Support – You will assist customers with purchases, respond to queries, resolve service issues, and provide a positive shopping experience. Strong interpersonal skills enable you to handle customer interactions professionally, address concerns effectively, escalate complex situations appropriately, and maintain customer satisfaction that supports the store's reputation.

Billing System Operations – You will operate and oversee billing software, point-of-sale systems, and other computer applications to process transactions efficiently and maintain proper records. Your technical proficiency ensures accurate transaction processing, proper system usage by the cashier team, and reliable financial record-keeping.

Financial Accuracy and Monitoring – You will ensure financial accuracy by monitoring cashier performance, conducting register audits, verifying transaction accuracy, identifying discrepancies, and implementing corrective actions. Attention to detail is essential for protecting the store's financial integrity and maintaining reliable cash management.

Team Collaboration and Support – You will work closely with other retail staff including the cashier team, sales associates, inventory staff, and store management, contributing to a supportive team environment. Your collaborative approach involves assisting colleagues, coordinating activities, sharing information, and ensuring seamless daily operations across retail functions.

Training and Guidance – You will provide training and guidance to cashiers on proper procedures, system operations, customer service standards, and company policies.
