Role Overview

International Group Trading Co LLC, we're looking for young, dynamic professionals ready for an exciting career move in the FMCG industry. International Group Trading Co LLC is hiring a Storekeeper with hands-on FMCG experience, strong inventory control skills, and exposure to WMS & ERP systems who can manage warehouse operations, maintain accurate stock records, and support efficient FMCG distribution in Sharjah.

Stock Receipt and Storage

Manage stock receipt and storage by receiving incoming goods, verifying quantities against delivery notes, checking product quality, organizing items in designated storage areas, and ensuring proper handling of FMCG products to maintain freshness and quality.

Inventory Management and Control

Maintain accurate inventory management and control by conducting regular stock counts, updating inventory records in WMS/ERP systems, monitoring stock levels, identifying fast-moving and slow-moving items, and ensuring optimal inventory accuracy.

Stock Issuance and Distribution

Handle stock issuance and distribution by processing picking lists, preparing orders for delivery, ensuring accurate order fulfillment, coordinating with logistics teams, and maintaining proper documentation for all goods movement.

Warehouse Organization and Maintenance

Maintain warehouse organization by implementing proper storage systems, following FIFO (First In, First Out) principles for FMCG products, keeping aisles clear, ensuring cleanliness, and creating an efficient working environment.

WMS and ERP System Operations

Operate WMS and ERP systems by recording all inventory transactions, updating stock movements, generating reports, processing goods receipts and issues, and maintaining accurate digital records that support inventory visibility.

Stock Rotation and Expiry Management

Manage stock rotation and expiry dates by monitoring product shelf life, implementing FIFO/FEFO practices, identifying near-expiry items, coordinating with sales teams for clearance, and minimizing waste in FMCG distribution.

Documentation and Record Keeping

Maintain comprehensive documentation and record keeping including goods received notes, stock transfer forms, delivery receipts, inventory reports, and other warehouse documents required for audit and compliance.

Health and Safety Compliance

Ensure health and safety compliance by following warehouse safety procedures, maintaining proper storage conditions for FMCG products, using equipment safely, reporting hazards, and supporting a safe working environment.

Coordination with Teams

Coordinate with procurement, sales, logistics, and other teams to ensure smooth stock flow, timely order fulfillment, accurate information sharing, and efficient warehouse operations that support business objectives.

FMCG Experience

Hands-on FMCG experience is required. Your background should demonstrate practical experience in FMCG warehousing, understanding of product handling, shelf life management, and familiarity with fast-moving consumer goods distribution requirements.

Inventory Control Skills

Strong inventory control skills including stock counting, record maintenance, discrepancy identification, stock rotation practices, and ability to maintain accurate inventory that supports efficient warehouse operations.
