Role Overview – ECO Smart Line is hiring a Storekeeper in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. This position is ideal for inventory management professionals who can manage warehouse operations, maintain stock levels, coordinate receiving and issuing of materials, and ensure accurate inventory records.

Inventory Management – You will manage inventory by monitoring stock levels, conducting regular stock counts, maintaining minimum and maximum inventory levels, tracking stock movements, and ensuring adequate inventory to support business operations without excessive overstock.

Material Receiving – You will receive materials and goods by verifying deliveries against purchase orders, inspecting items for quality and quantity, coordinating unloading, documenting receipts, and ensuring proper storage of received materials in designated locations.

Material Issuing – You will issue materials to departments or projects by processing requisitions, verifying authorization, preparing materials for collection, documenting issues, and ensuring accurate distribution of stock to authorized personnel.

Stock Organization – You will organize stock by implementing proper storage systems, categorizing items, labeling locations, maintaining orderly warehouse layout, and ensuring materials are stored safely, accessibly, and in appropriate conditions.

Record Keeping – You will maintain accurate inventory records by documenting all stock movements, updating inventory systems, tracking receipts and issues, reconciling physical counts with system records, and ensuring data accuracy that supports inventory management.

Stock Counting – You will conduct regular stock counts including cycle counts and periodic physical inventories, investigating discrepancies, reconciling variances, and ensuring inventory records reflect actual stock accurately.

Reorder Coordination – You will coordinate reordering by monitoring stock levels, identifying reorder points, notifying purchasing when stock reaches minimum levels, and preventing stockouts that could disrupt operations.

Warehouse Housekeeping – You will maintain warehouse cleanliness and organization by implementing housekeeping standards, ensuring safe working conditions, organizing storage areas, and maintaining professional warehouse environments.

Storekeeper Experience – Storekeeper or warehouse experience is required. You should have hands-on experience managing inventory, receiving and issuing materials, maintaining stock records, and supporting warehouse operations.

Inventory Management Knowledge – Knowledge of inventory management principles including stock control, FIFO/LIFO methods, reorder points, and inventory optimization supports effective storekeeping.

Organizational Skills – Strong organizational skills are crucial for maintaining orderly stock, managing inventory systems, coordinating receiving and issuing activities, and ensuring efficient warehouse operations.

Attention to Detail – Strong attention to detail is essential for accurate stock counting, proper documentation, identifying discrepancies, and maintaining inventory record accuracy.
