Job Description

Role Overview – Babason is hiring for multiple positions including Store Manager. We are seeking dedicated professionals to join our team and contribute to our retail operations.

Store Operations Management – You will lead and manage all store operations including sales, customer service, inventory management, staff supervision, visual merchandising, cash management, and daily store activities. You will ensure smooth operations, maintain store standards, drive sales performance, control costs, and deliver excellent customer experiences.

Team Leadership and Supervision – You will lead, motivate, and supervise store staff including sales associates, clerks, and support personnel. You will recruit and train staff, conduct performance evaluations, provide coaching, address performance issues, schedule shifts, build team capabilities, and create a positive work environment.

Sales and Revenue Management – You will drive store sales and achieve revenue targets, implement sales strategies, monitor sales performance, motivate team to meet goals, maximize revenue opportunities, manage promotions, analyze sales trends, and ensure the store meets or exceeds financial objectives.

Inventory and Stock Control – You will oversee inventory management including stock ordering, receiving, storage, stock rotation, inventory counts, shrinkage control, and ensuring adequate product availability. You will coordinate with suppliers, optimize inventory levels, minimize losses, and maintain proper stock management.

Customer Service Excellence – You will ensure exceptional customer service by setting service standards, monitoring customer interactions, resolving complaints, gathering feedback, training staff on service best practices, and maintaining high customer satisfaction that builds loyalty.

Financial and Budget Management – You will manage store budget, control operational costs, monitor expenses, track financial performance, prepare reports, analyze profit and loss, implement cost-saving measures, and ensure profitable store operations.
