Job Description
Store Manager: The Store Manager will be the driving force behind showroom success. You will manage daily operations, supervise staff, maintain merchandising standards, and deliver outstanding customer service that reflects Arakkal Gold’s premium image.
Sales & Target Achievement: Ensure the store meets sales goals through effective motivation and guidance of the sales team. Monitor KPIs and design strategies to improve conversion rates.
Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and mentor sales staff to ensure consistency in service quality and product knowledge.
Inventory Management: Track jewellery stock, coordinate replenishments, and ensure accurate inventory reporting.
Customer Relations: Handle VIP clients, resolve issues professionally, and create a luxurious shopping experience.
Visual Merchandising: Maintain an elegant store layout aligning with brand aesthetics to attract and retain customers.
