Role Overview — This position focuses on delivering advanced software system solutions for engineering project environments. The Software System Expert will be responsible for understanding business workflows, translating operational needs into system requirements, and ensuring smooth coordination between clients and internal technical teams. The role demands a balance of technical expertise, communication skills, and system ownership to ensure optimal software performance and client satisfaction.
Core Responsibilities — The role involves gathering, analyzing, and documenting detailed client requirements related to engineering project management systems. The expert will serve as the primary point of contact between clients and development teams, ensuring accurate interpretation of functional needs, preparation of system documentation, and alignment of delivered solutions with operational expectations.
System Design and Coordination — The professional will prepare software design documents, system requirement specifications, and workflow mappings. This includes coordinating with development teams to guide system enhancements, supporting implementation phases, and ensuring solutions are scalable, efficient, and aligned with industry standards for materials and piping management systems.
Client Interaction and Presentations — The role requires conducting software demonstrations, client walkthroughs, and technical presentations. The expert will support both pre-sales and post-sales activities, helping clients understand system capabilities, addressing technical queries, and ensuring confidence in the software solutions provided.
Operational Management — The Software System Expert will manage and oversee operational system data, ensure system accuracy, and support service teams in resolving technical issues. Collaboration with internal departments is essential to maintain timelines, manage deliverables, and uphold high standards of service quality across projects.
Professional Requirements — Candidates must possess a strong background in software systems with hands-on experience in Amogh software or similar platforms. Expertise in Materials and Piping Management Systems is essential, along with strong leadership, coordination, and communication abilities to manage cross-functional teams effectively.
