This position is ideal for creative, strategic marketing professionals with strong social media expertise, content creation capabilities, and the ability to develop social media strategies, manage brand presence, engage audiences, and drive digital growth within a prominent business conglomerate and investment holding environment.

Social Media Strategy and Planning – You will develop social media strategies by defining objectives aligned with brand and business goals, identifying target audiences across business verticals, planning comprehensive content calendars, creating campaign strategies for various initiatives and announcements, setting KPIs and success metrics, and implementing integrated social media plans that enhance brand reputation, stakeholder engagement, and digital presence.

Content Creation and Copywriting – You will create content and write copy by developing engaging social media posts across platforms, writing compelling captions and messaging, creating thought leadership content for executives, producing corporate announcements and updates, developing brand storytelling narratives, writing press-release style content for social channels, and creating content that reflects Alabbar Enterprises' position as a leading business organization.

Social Media Platform Management – You will manage social media platforms by maintaining active presence on LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter/X, Facebook, and other relevant channels, posting regularly according to strategic calendars, optimizing content for each platform, managing platform-specific formats, growing follower base and engagement, and ensuring consistent, professional brand presence across all channels.
