Role Overview: Utmost Gulf Transport is seeking an organized and responsible Site Transport Supervisor to coordinate daily transportation activities and oversee transport operations in Dubai. The role involves vehicle and driver coordination, route planning, transport scheduling, fleet monitoring, and ensuring smooth transportation services at assigned sites. The successful candidate should have strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills to support efficient daily operations.

Transport Operations and Coordination: Supervise daily site transportation activities and ensure scheduled transport services operate smoothly. Coordinate vehicle allocation according to operational requirements and transportation schedules. Monitor transport movements and help ensure timely pick-ups, drop-offs, and deliveries. Communicate with drivers and relevant teams regarding daily assignments and route changes. Resolve routine transportation issues and escalate operational concerns when necessary.

Driver and Staff Coordination: Coordinate driver schedules, duty assignments, and attendance records. Communicate route instructions, site requirements, and operational updates to drivers. Monitor driver punctuality and adherence to assigned schedules. Maintain records of driver assignments, working hours, and transport activities. Support communication between drivers, site personnel, and management.

Fleet and Vehicle Management: Monitor vehicle availability and maintain updated fleet utilization records. Coordinate routine vehicle inspections, servicing, and maintenance schedules. Report vehicle breakdowns, defects, and maintenance requirements to the appropriate team. Ensure relevant vehicle documents and operational records are maintained. Follow up on vehicle maintenance to minimize disruption to transportation services.

Safety and Compliance: Ensure drivers follow established transport procedures and site safety requirements. Monitor compliance with applicable traffic rules and company transportation policies. Maintain records of vehicle incidents, delays, complaints, and operational issues. Report accidents, unsafe conditions, and vehicle-related concerns promptly. Support the implementation of safe driving practices and responsible vehicle use.

Reporting and Administrative Support: Prepare daily transport schedules, operational summaries, and vehicle utilization reports. Maintain accurate records of fuel usage, mileage, maintenance, and transport assignments where required. Review transport-related expenses and supporting documents as assigned. Coordinate with management to improve transport scheduling and operational efficiency. Recommend practical improvements to reduce delays and support reliable transportation services.

Essential Skills: Strong organizational and transport coordination skills. Good communication and team supervision abilities. Ability to manage schedules, prioritize tasks, and respond to operational challenges. Attention to detail when maintaining transport and vehicle records.
