Project Supervision: The Site Engineer (Joinery) will be responsible for supervising joinery works at project sites, ensuring tasks are completed according to technical drawings, quality standards, and client specifications. You will monitor day-to-day operations to maintain smooth workflow and avoid delays.

Site Coordination: You will coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and execution of tasks. As a site engineer, you will play a vital role in bridging communication between the design office and the site team.

Quality Assurance: The role demands strict quality control, where you will check joinery finishes, fittings, and overall craftsmanship. Your responsibility will be to ensure the work aligns with international standards and client expectations.

Health and Safety Compliance: Ensuring safety is a core duty. You will enforce site safety regulations, conduct risk assessments, and oversee that workers follow HSE protocols. Maintaining a safe environment will be a priority to protect both staff and assets.

Technical Support: You will provide technical guidance to site supervisors and workers, clarifying any design or structural concerns. Reviewing shop drawings and resolving on-site technical issues will also be part of your duties.

Progress Monitoring: The Site Engineer will track project progress against schedules, identify potential delays, and implement corrective measures. You will report to management with daily updates and ensure project milestones are achieved.
