Site Engineer Role in a Growing Tech Company: We are urgently seeking a Site Engineer specializing in CCTV and ELV Systems to join our dynamic team at CICS TECHNOLOGY in Qatar. This is an exciting opportunity for a technically sound, proactive individual ready to take ownership of security and ELV system implementations across various sites.

Responsibilities & Core Duties: The engineer will manage installation, configuration, and commissioning of ELV systems such as CCTV, access control, and intercom systems. The role demands strong technical knowledge and practical skills in supervising teams and ensuring projects meet high standards.

Site Supervision and System Layout: You will perform site surveys, assess technical requirements, and coordinate with project managers and subcontractors. Ensuring accurate system design and installation layout as per project specifications will be your responsibility.

Technical Troubleshooting & Testing: This role requires in-depth understanding of networking, IP configuration, and system integration. You’ll handle system testing, troubleshooting, and ensure all configurations meet client requirements before handover.

Project Coordination & Documentation: The Site Engineer will serve as a technical liaison, maintaining close communication with team members, and ensuring all project milestones are met. You’ll also prepare and manage technical documentation, installation checklists, and progress reports.

Qualifications & Skills Needed: A Diploma or Degree in Electronics/Telecommunication is required, with at least 2 years of hands-on experience in the ELV industry. Ability to read technical drawings, a valid driving license, and excellent communication and problem-solving skills are essential.
