SSA Ltd, a British construction recruitment firm operating in Dubai, is looking for a Site Engineer with experience in luxury villa renovation projects. This is a role for someone who understands that renovation work demands more than technical knowledge. It demands problem-solving, adaptability, and the ability to manage the unexpected.

This is a role for someone with experience in luxury villa renovation projects. You will supervise day-to-day site activities, coordinating with subcontractors, consultants, suppliers, and project teams to ensure that renovation works are executed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. You will review and interpret drawings, monitor progress, and resolve technical issues as they arise. You will conduct site inspections, ensure compliance with specifications, and maintain accurate site records. Renovation projects often present surprises, whether hidden structural issues or unexpected service conflicts, so your ability to think on your feet and find practical solutions will be essential.

The ideal candidate has proven experience in luxury villa renovation projects, with strong site supervision and problem-solving skills. You are comfortable managing multiple stakeholders, coordinating trades, and ensuring that work progresses according to schedule. You have a keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality. A clean driving licence is mandatory.

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Dubai. The salary is up to AED 8,000 per month.
