Overview of the Role: We are currently hiring enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals for the role of Service Ambassador to join the front office team at various branches of a leading bank in the UAE. If you enjoy meeting people, delivering excellent service, and being a key part of a high-performing customer experience team, this opportunity is for you.
Customer Interaction: As a Service Ambassador, you will serve as the first point of contact for all visitors at the branch. You are expected to greet every customer with professionalism and warmth, ensuring a welcoming and helpful atmosphere from the moment they enter the bank.
Queue Management & Assistance: You will be responsible for managing customer queues, helping visitors understand wait times, and guiding them efficiently to the correct service counters. You'll also assist customers in navigating the bank's digital self-service options where applicable.
Support Across Touchpoints: This role plays a key function in enhancing the in-branch customer experience. You will proactively offer support, address basic queries, and ensure the environment is organized, friendly, and responsive to customer needs.
Digital Channel Guidance: With a growing focus on digital banking, you will assist and educate customers on how to use the bank's mobile apps, online banking systems, and ATMs, supporting the transition to smarter and faster banking solutions.
Ideal Candidate Profile: Candidates with customer service or banking experience from their home country are encouraged to apply.
