Role Overview: TMG Head Office in Al Dokki is seeking an experienced and passionate Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist with a Fashion Retail background. You will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle for specialized roles within the Fashion Retail industry.

Full Recruitment Cycle Management: Manage the entire recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.

Specialized Industry Expertise: Utilize your in-depth knowledge of the Fashion Retail industry to effectively source and attract top talent.

Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with hiring managers and other stakeholders to understand recruitment needs and develop effective sourcing strategies.

Candidate Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with potential candidates, providing a positive and professional candidate experience.   

Sourcing Strategies: Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates through various channels.

Market Research: Conduct market research and analysis to stay informed about industry trends and competitive talent landscapes within the Fashion Retail sector.

Reporting and Analysis: Track and analyze recruitment metrics to provide insights and improve recruitment processes.
