Role Overview – MEALIS FZ LLC is hiring a senior sales manager officer for a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai, UAE. This position is ideal for versatile professionals with strong sales support capabilities, customer service expertise, and the ability to coordinate sales activities, manage customer relationships, support business development, and ensure exceptional customer experiences within a trading and commercial business environment.
Sales Coordination and Support – You will coordinate sales activities and provide support by assisting sales teams with daily operations, coordinating sales processes and workflows, managing sales documentation and records, supporting sales executives with administrative tasks, preparing sales materials and presentations, coordinating client meetings and appointments, and ensuring smooth, efficient sales operations.
Customer Service and Client Support – You will provide customer service and client support by responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other channels, addressing customer questions and concerns professionally, providing product and service information, coordinating solutions to customer issues, maintaining excellent customer communication, ensuring customer satisfaction, and delivering high-quality customer service experiences.
Order Processing and Management – You will process and manage orders by receiving customer orders and purchase requests, verifying order accuracy and specifications, entering orders into systems, coordinating with warehouse and logistics on order fulfillment, tracking order status and delivery schedules, communicating delivery timelines to customers, managing order modifications and cancellations, and ensuring accurate, timely order processing.
Sales Lead Management and Follow-Up – You will manage sales leads and follow-up by receiving and logging sales inquiries and leads, qualifying lead information, coordinating lead distribution to sales teams, following up with prospects and customers, tracking lead conversion and progress, maintaining lead databases, supporting lead nurturing activities, and ensuring effective lead management.
Customer Relationship Management – You will manage customer relationships by maintaining regular communication with clients, building positive relationships, understanding customer needs and preferences, providing personalized service, serving as point of contact for accounts, resolving customer issues and concerns, ensuring customer retention and satisfaction, and fostering long-term customer partnerships.
Sales Documentation and Reporting – You will manage sales documentation and reporting by preparing quotations and proposals, processing sales contracts and agreements, maintaining sales records and files, generating sales reports and statistics, tracking sales performance metrics, updating CRM systems, preparing sales presentations, and ensuring organized sales documentation.
Quotation and Pricing Coordination – You will coordinate quotations and pricing by preparing price quotations for customers, calculating product costs and pricing, coordinating with sales managers on pricing approvals, verifying pricing accuracy, communicating quotations to customers, following up on quotation status, and supporting competitive pricing activities.
Customer Complaint Handling and Resolution – You will handle customer complaints and resolve issues by receiving customer complaints empathetically, investigating problems thoroughly, coordinating with operations, warehouse, delivery, or quality teams on resolutions, implementing service recovery initiatives, escalating complex matters to management, tracking complaint resolution, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Delivery and Logistics Coordination – You will coordinate delivery and logistics by scheduling deliveries with customers, liaising with logistics teams on delivery arrangements, tracking shipment status and movements, addressing delivery issues or delays, coordinating re-deliveries when needed, providing delivery updates to customers, and ensuring smooth, on-time delivery experiences.
Payment and Collections Support – You will support payment and collections by coordinating customer payments and invoicing, following up on outstanding payments, coordinating with finance on account receivables, processing payment confirmations, managing payment schedules, addressing billing inquiries, and supporting cash flow management.
