Procurement Role Overview : The Senior Procurement Officer will lead procurement operations for the Facilities Management team, ensuring timely and cost-effective sourcing of materials, services, and vendor solutions. This role plays a key part in supporting operational efficiency and maintaining high service standards across multiple FM sites in the UAE.

Vendor and Supplier Management : The role requires establishing and maintaining strong relationships with local and international suppliers. You will evaluate vendors based on quality, reliability, and pricing, negotiate contracts, and ensure timely delivery of materials and services.

Procurement Planning and Execution : You will oversee the full procurement lifecycle, including requisition analysis, purchase order creation, order tracking, and delivery confirmation. Proactive planning ensures that operational requirements are met without delays or budget overruns.

Materials and Inventory Oversight : The position involves managing materials, equipment, and inventory levels to prevent shortages or overstock. You will coordinate with operations and warehouse teams to align procurement strategies with ongoing FM activities.

Compliance and Market Knowledge : The Senior Procurement Officer must ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies, UAE regulations, and international standards. Strong knowledge of the UAE market, local pricing trends, and industry best practices is essential.

SAP and Reporting : The role requires proficiency in SAP to manage procurement workflows, generate reports, and maintain accurate records. Timely reporting on procurement KPIs, budgets, and supplier performance is critical to operational transparency.
