Job Description

Role Overview – Servhub is looking for an experienced Senior HR professional with 5–8 years of UAE experience to join our growing team. If you are passionate about HR operations, compliance, and people management, we'd love to hear from you.

HR Operations Management – You will oversee day-to-day HR operations including employee lifecycle management from recruitment to exit. Managing HR processes, policies, and procedures to ensure smooth and efficient operations across the organization is essential.

Compliance and Legal – Ensuring compliance with UAE labor laws, employment regulations, and company policies is a critical responsibility. You will handle visa processing, labor card management, work permits, and maintain compliance with Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation (MOHRE) requirements.

Recruitment and Talent Acquisition – Managing the end-to-end recruitment process including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding. Building a strong talent pipeline and ensuring the organization attracts and retains top talent in the competitive UAE market.

Employee Relations – Handling employee relations matters, addressing grievances, resolving conflicts, and maintaining positive workplace culture. You will act as a bridge between management and employees, ensuring open communication and employee satisfaction.

Performance Management – Implementing and managing performance appraisal systems, coordinating performance reviews, and supporting managers in employee development initiatives. Identifying training needs and facilitating professional development programs.

Payroll and Benefits – Overseeing payroll processing, managing employee benefits, leave management, and end-of-service settlements in accordance with UAE labor law. Ensuring accurate and timely compensation administration.

HR Reporting and Analytics – Preparing HR reports, maintaining employee records, and providing data-driven insights to management. Tracking HR metrics such as turnover rates, recruitment efficiency, and employee satisfaction to support strategic decision-making.

UAE Experience Required – A minimum of 5–8 years of HR experience specifically in the UAE is mandatory. Deep understanding of UAE labor laws, work permit procedures, visa regulations, and local employment practices is essential for success in this role.
