Customer Interaction and Service – You will provide exceptional customer service by interacting with customers in a friendly, polite, and professional manner throughout their checkout experience. Your responsibilities include greeting customers warmly, addressing customer inquiries and questions, resolving minor complaints or concerns tactfully, providing information about promotions or store policies, and ensuring every customer leaves with a positive impression of Al Thamam Electronics LLC.

Team Collaboration – You will work closely with sales associates, store supervisors, and other retail staff to ensure smooth and efficient store operations.
