Branch In-Charge – Al Nada Exchange – Kuwait

Are you an experienced finance professional ready to lead from the front? Al Nada Exchange is on the lookout for a capable and committed Branch In-Charge to become a core part of our team in Kuwait. If you have a passion for operational excellence and a proven ability to lead teams in the financial services sector, this role was made for you.

In this position, you will take full ownership of branch operations, ensuring that every aspect of the day to day running of the branch meets the highest standards of efficiency, compliance, and customer satisfaction. From managing your team to streamlining workflows and maintaining regulatory standards, your leadership will be central to the continued success and growth of the branch.

We are looking for someone who leads by example, communicates with confidence, and brings a sharp eye for detail to everything they do. Prior experience in an exchange house or financial services environment is highly valued, and a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required. Fluency in both Arabic and English is essential to effectively serve our diverse customer base and collaborate with the wider team.
