Role Overview – Seha Salma Rehabilitation Hospital is hiring a Senior Accountant for a full-time, on-site position based in Dubai. This position is ideal for accomplished accounting professionals with strong senior accounting expertise, healthcare financial operations knowledge, and the ability to manage accounting functions strategically, lead accounting operations, maintain financial records, support financial reporting, ensure compliance, drive accuracy, and contribute to organizational success within a dynamic healthcare and rehabilitation organization.

Senior Accounting Leadership – You will lead accounting functions by directing operations, overseeing processes, supporting team, and driving excellence. You will establish comprehensive accounting approaches supporting business objectives. You should provide strategic accounting leadership and management.

Accounting Operations Management – You will oversee accounting operations by managing processes, coordinating activities, maintaining systems, and supporting efficiency. You will ensure organized and accurate accounting workflow. You should manage accounting operations professionally and strategically.

Accounting Team Leadership and Support – You will lead accounting team by providing direction, supporting development, managing performance, and fostering accountability. You will build high-performing accounting teams. You should provide accounting team leadership and guidance.

General Ledger Management – You will manage the general ledger by recording transactions, ensuring account classification, maintaining balances, verifying accuracy, and supporting reporting. You will maintain accurate and complete GL records. You should manage GL accounts expertly.

Financial Transaction Recording – You will record financial transactions by entering data, classifying transactions, ensuring accuracy, and maintaining comprehensive records. You will ensure accurate transaction processing and recording. You should maintain advanced transaction recording proficiency.

Accounts Receivable Management – You will manage accounts receivable by processing invoices, recording payments, maintaining patient/customer accounts, tracking collections, and supporting revenue operations. You will maintain accurate AR records and support collection activities effectively. You should manage AR operations strategically.

Healthcare Patient Billing – You will assist with patient billing by organizing information, supporting billing operations, maintaining records, and supporting accuracy. You will help ensure accurate patient billing. You should understand healthcare billing operations.

Invoice Processing and Recording – You will process invoices by reviewing documentation, recording transactions, organizing information, and maintaining records. You will manage invoice operations systematically and accurately. You should process invoices expertly.
