Role Overview: English Today Recruitment is urgently seeking a compassionate and experienced SEN (Special Educational Needs) Teacher to join an inclusive International School in Fujairah, UAE, with an immediate start. This is a rewarding opportunity to support students with diverse learning profiles.

Individualized Learning and Support: As a SEN Teacher, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) tailored to meet the unique academic, social, and emotional needs of students with special educational needs.

Creating an Inclusive Classroom Environment: You will foster a supportive and inclusive classroom environment where all students feel valued, respected, and empowered to achieve their full potential,1 adapting teaching strategies and resources to ensure accessibility for all learners.   

Collaboration with Stakeholders: You will work collaboratively with classroom teachers, parents, educational psychologists, and other support staff to identify student needs, share expertise, and develop effective strategies to promote student progress and well-being.

Assessment and Progress Monitoring (SEN): You will conduct ongoing assessments to track the progress of students with SEN, utilizing a range of assessment tools and techniques, and making data-informed decisions to adjust instructional approaches and interventions.
