Role Overview – Wonderful Group is hiring a Security Guard for a full-time, on-site position based in Dubai. This position is ideal for vigilant security professionals with strong security knowledge, protective capabilities, and the ability to maintain site security effectively, monitor premises, control access, respond to incidents professionally, ensure safety compliance, and protect organizational assets and personnel within a dynamic business environment.

Premises Patrol and Monitoring – You will conduct regular patrols of assigned premises by walking the grounds systematically, monitoring for security threats, and maintaining visible security presence. You will observe activities, investigate suspicious behavior, and report concerns to management. You will ensure all areas are secure and identify potential security vulnerabilities.

Access Control and Entry Management – You will control access to premises by checking identification, verifying credentials, and maintaining visitor logs. You will ensure only authorized personnel enter restricted areas, manage entry and exit points, and enforce access control policies consistently.

Visitor Management – You will manage visitor access by greeting visitors professionally, verifying their purpose, recording visitor information, and directing them to appropriate locations. You will ensure visitors comply with security procedures and maintain visitor sign-in records.

CCTV Monitoring and Recording – You will monitor CCTV systems by observing camera feeds, identifying suspicious activities, and recording incidents. You will ensure recording systems function properly, maintain surveillance records, and escalate concerns to management.

Incident Response and Reporting – You will respond to security incidents by assessing situations, taking appropriate action, and reporting incidents thoroughly. You will document incidents in detail, complete incident reports, and communicate with appropriate personnel regarding security events.

Emergency Response Procedures – You will respond to emergencies including fire alarms, medical emergencies, and security threats by following emergency procedures, assisting affected individuals, and coordinating emergency services. You will remain calm under pressure and take decisive action.
