Role Overview – Dubai Holding Group is hiring talented retail professionals to join our growing team across Abu Dhabi. We have openings for Sales Supervisor positions. These opportunities are ideal for passionate retail professionals ready to make an impact and advance their careers.
Sales Floor Supervision – You will supervise sales floor operations including overseeing sales associates, monitoring customer service quality, ensuring store standards are maintained, managing floor activities, coordinating sales team, addressing operational issues, and ensuring smooth sales floor operations throughout business hours.

Team Supervision – You will supervise sales associates and cashiers, assign duties and responsibilities, monitor performance, provide on-the-job guidance, ensure adherence to procedures, maintain team discipline, support staff with customer issues, and coordinate team activities effectively.

Sales Support and Coaching – You will support sales team in achieving targets, coach staff on selling techniques, assist with difficult sales, demonstrate product knowledge, encourage upselling and cross-selling, motivate team performance, and drive sales through effective leadership and support.

Customer Service Excellence – You will ensure excellent customer service by greeting customers, assisting with inquiries, resolving complaints tactfully, handling escalated issues, monitoring service quality, training staff on service standards, and creating positive shopping experiences.

Stock and Merchandising Support – You will support stock management by monitoring stock levels on floor, coordinating stock replenishment, ensuring proper product placement, checking price tags and signage, maintaining display standards, organizing back-stock areas, and ensuring product availability.

Cash and Payment Operations – You will oversee cash operations including supervising cashiers, monitoring cash transactions, ensuring proper cash handling, conducting cash audits, managing payment systems, resolving payment issues, and maintaining financial controls.

Opening and Closing Procedures – You will manage or assist with store opening and closing procedures, prepare store for business, conduct end-of-day activities, secure premises, complete checklists, coordinate with security, and ensure store is ready for operations.
