Job Description

Role Overview: The Sales Representative will be responsible for driving sales of medical products and services, building strong client relationships, and contributing to the growth of Cure Medicals’ presence in the UAE healthcare sector.

Client Engagement & Relationship Management: The role involves proactively identifying potential clients, establishing and nurturing relationships with hospitals, clinics, and medical professionals, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Product Knowledge & Presentation: Sales Representatives will develop in-depth knowledge of the company’s medical products and services to deliver accurate, persuasive presentations and demonstrations to healthcare providers.

Sales Strategy & Target Achievement: The candidate will implement sales strategies, follow up on leads, negotiate contracts, and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets while maintaining ethical and professional standards.

CRM & Reporting: Responsibilities include maintaining detailed records of client interactions, managing the sales pipeline using CRM software, preparing reports, and providing feedback to management to spport strategic decision-making. Team Collaboration: The Sales Representative will coordinate with marketing, product, and operations teams to ensure alignment in sales campaigns, promotional activities, and product launches.
