Job Description
Key Responsibilities: As a Sales Manager for Dairy & Specialty Foods, you will be responsible for driving sales growth within the HORECA (Hotels, Restaurants, and Catering) sector across Dubai. Your role includes expanding existing client relationships and creating new opportunities with chefs, procurement managers, and key decision-makers. You will ensure that company products are effectively introduced and consistently available across client accounts.
Market Development: You will play a crucial role in building market share for premium dairy and specialty food products. This includes monitoring competitors, understanding industry trends, and identifying new business opportunities to increase product visibility and penetration. You will be expected to maintain a consistent pipeline of prospective clients and convert leads into long-term business partnerships.
Client Relationship Management: Your primary focus will be developing strong relationships with buyers, chefs, and decision-makers within the hospitality industry. You will regularly meet with clients to understand their needs, provide product education, and ensure that the company’s offerings exceed expectations. This position demands exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
Sales Strategy & Negotiations: You will develop and implement tailored sales strategies to achieve revenue targets. This includes price negotiations, contract finalizations, and ensuring timely order fulfillment. Your proven skills in key account management will help strengthen existing client portfolios and grow the company’s market position.
Performance Monitoring: A core responsibility of this role involves setting sales targets, tracking performance metrics, and providing regular reports to management. You will be required to analyze sales data, forecast market demand, and adjust strategies to maximize efficiency and results.
Team Collaboration: You will collaborate closely with internal teams such as logistics, marketing, and product development to ensure smooth operations. By coordinating effectively with colleagues, you will help streamline customer service and product distribution processes.
