Role Overview: The Sales Export Coordinator plays a crucial role in managing international export activities within the FMCG food and beverage sector. This role requires strong operational expertise, communication skills, and the ability to support global markets by ensuring that export orders, documentation, and logistics processes run smoothly and efficiently.
Industry Expertise: The ideal candidate brings a solid background in FMCG, particularly in food, beverages, or sauces and spreads. This experience helps in understanding product specifications, market demands, and regulatory standards across regions. The role demands familiarity with fast-paced supply chains and the ability to adapt to varied global export requirements.
Export Operations: The coordinator will oversee all export documentation processes, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely submission. This includes preparing shipping documents, coordinating with logistics partners, understanding GCC, Africa, and international regulations, and maintaining efficient communication related to shipments and export timelines.
Order Processing: Handling customer orders from start to finish is a key responsibility. This includes creating sales orders, issuing invoices, updating ERP entries, processing payments, and maintaining accurate customer accounts. The role requires strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple orders simultaneously without compromising accuracy.
Cross-Department Coordination: The position requires daily interaction with production, logistics, warehouse, finance, and sales teams to ensure uninterrupted order fulfillment. The candidate will organize schedules, follow up on production planning, confirm product availability, and ensure shipments meet customer expectations across international markets.
Client & Distributor Communication: The Sales Export Coordinator maintains ongoing communication with international distributors, clients, and partners. This involves addressing inquiries, responding to order updates, sharing documentation, and ensuring customers remain informed throughout the export cycle, contributing to long-term business relationships.
Analytical & Reporting Support: The role includes preparing reports, forecasts, and sales performance summaries for management review. The coordinator will track export activity, document trends, and support sales planning with accurate data and administrative assistance to enhance decision-making across the organization.
