Job Description

Role Overview – Tutorflow Academy is hiring a Sales Executive for a full-time, on-site position based in Dubai. This position is ideal for accomplished sales professionals with strong sales expertise, education and tutoring industry knowledge, and the ability to develop business effectively, manage client relationships, drive revenue growth, support student enrollment, close deals, and contribute to organizational success within a dynamic education and tutoring organization.

Sales Strategy and Planning – You will support sales strategy by analyzing opportunities, identifying targets, planning approaches, and supporting execution. You will help establish sales approaches supporting business growth. You should support sales strategies.

Sales Operations – You will support sales operations by helping coordinate processes, organizing activities, maintaining workflows, and supporting efficiency. You will help facilitate smooth sales operations. You should assist with sales operations.

Target Market Identification – You will identify target markets by analyzing opportunities, researching segments, assessing potential, and prioritizing opportunities. You will identify high-potential student segments. You should identify target markets.

Market Research and Analysis – You will conduct market research by analyzing trends, identifying opportunities, understanding competition, and providing insights. You will support strategic decision-making. You should conduct market research.

Student Enrollment Development – You will develop student enrollment by identifying prospects, building relationships, supporting sign-ups, and growing enrollment. You will expand student base and revenue. You should develop enrollment pipelines.

Educational Service Promotion – You will promote educational services by explaining benefits, demonstrating value, addressing concerns, and supporting adoption. You will position tutoring services effectively. You should promote education services.

Tutoring Program Promotion – You will promote tutoring programs by explaining offerings, highlighting benefits, addressing questions, and supporting enrollment. You will drive program awareness and interest. You should promote tutoring programs.

Client Relationship Development – You will develop client relationships by building connections, supporting satisfaction, maintaining engagement, and fostering loyalty. You will develop strong client partnerships. You should build client relationships.

Student and Parent Engagement – You will engage with students and parents by understanding needs, providing information, supporting decisions, and maintaining professionalism. You will maintain professional communication. You should engage stakeholders professionally.
