Role Overview
Viable Investment Porperties Brokerage UAE is hiring a Sales Executive for Compliance Services (B2B) with 1–2 years of B2B sales experience and proven results. This position is ideal for target-driven, performance-focused sales professionals with strong negotiation and closing skills, excellent English and Arabic communication abilities, who can drive sales of high-demand compliance software and services to businesses across the region.
B2B Compliance Solutions Sales
Drive sales of high-demand compliance software and services to businesses by identifying opportunities, prospecting corporate clients, understanding regulatory and compliance needs, positioning appropriate solutions, and closing deals that generate revenue and expand our customer base.
Full Sales Cycle Management
Manage the full sales cycle from initial prospecting and lead qualification through needs assessment, solution presentation, negotiation, closing, and contract finalization. Your ownership of the entire process ensures smooth customer acquisition and revenue generation.
Client Account Management
Manage client accounts by building relationships with decision-makers, ensuring customer satisfaction, identifying expansion opportunities, providing ongoing support, and maintaining long-term partnerships that drive recurring business and referrals.
Negotiation and Deal Closing
Apply strong negotiation and closing skills to handle objections, structure attractive proposals, negotiate terms, overcome resistance, and successfully close deals that meet both client needs and company revenue targets.
Target Achievement
Demonstrate target-driven, performance-focused approach by consistently meeting and exceeding sales quotas, maximizing deal values, maintaining high activity levels, and delivering results that contribute to business growth.
Market Development
Identify and develop new business opportunities within the Abu Dhabi and broader UAE market by networking, cold calling, attending industry events, leveraging referrals, and building a strong pipeline of qualified prospects.
B2B Sales Experience
1–2 years of B2B sales experience with proven results is required. Your track record should demonstrate successful customer acquisition, deal closing, and revenue generation in business-to-business sales environments.
Negotiation and Closing Skills
Strong negotiation and closing skills are essential. You must be confident in handling complex negotiations, addressing objections, structuring win-win agreements, and converting prospects into customers.
Performance-Driven Mindset
Being target-driven and performance-focused is crucial. You should be motivated by achieving quotas, exceeding targets, earning commissions, and consistently delivering strong sales performance.
