Behind every successful sales team is someone who keeps the details from slipping through the cracks. The follow-ups, the client queries, the schedules, the coordination between departments. It is quiet work, but it is the kind of work that makes everything else possible. Inspirations GCC, a Dubai-based recruitment and HR consultancy, is looking for a Sales Coordinator who understands that keeping things organised is not a small job. It is the job.

This is a role for someone with at least one year of UAE experience in a sales coordination role. You will support the sales team by coordinating with clients, preparing and following up on quotations, maintaining sales records, and ensuring that communication flows smoothly between internal teams and external customers. You will handle client queries, track orders, and assist with administrative tasks that keep the sales pipeline moving. If you are organised, responsive, and comfortable juggling multiple priorities at once, this role will suit you.

The ideal candidate has strong coordination and organisational skills, with good communication and customer-handling abilities. You are comfortable working with MS Office and can maintain accurate records and reports. You understand the importance of follow-through and take pride in being the person the team can rely on to get things done. Experience in a technical or project-based sales environment will be an advantage.

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Dubai. The salary range is AED 2,500 to AED 3,000 per month.
