Role Overview

Money Concept is looking for a proactive and results-oriented Sales and Marketing Officer to support business growth in Dubai. The role involves developing new customer relationships, promoting company services, following up with prospects, and supporting marketing activities that generate business opportunities. The ideal candidate should be confident in communication, organized in daily follow-ups, and comfortable working toward sales and marketing targets.

Sales & Business Development

— Identify potential customers and explore new business opportunities through calls, networking, referrals, and other appropriate channels.

— Present company services clearly to prospective clients and explain how the available solutions can meet their needs.

— Build and maintain professional relationships with new and existing customers.

— Follow up consistently with leads and prospects to move opportunities toward conversion.

Marketing Activities

— Assist with planning and executing marketing activities designed to increase brand awareness and attract potential customers.

— Support promotional campaigns across relevant digital and offline channels.

— Prepare and share marketing materials, presentations, and other customer-facing content when required.

— Monitor market trends and customer interests to identify potential opportunities.

Customer Relationship Management

— Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, follow-ups, and sales activities.

— Respond to customer inquiries professionally and ensure timely communication throughout the sales process.

— Develop long-term relationships with clients through regular engagement and reliable service.

Sales Reporting & Coordination

— Track daily sales activities, lead progress, and follow-up results.

— Prepare basic sales and marketing reports for management review.

— Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth handling of customer requirements and business opportunities.

— Contribute ideas for improving lead generation, customer engagement, and overall sales performance.
