Safety Compliance & Regulations: As a Safety Officer at GreenScape Developments LLC, your primary responsibility will be ensuring that all site operations strictly adhere to safety regulations and guidelines. You'll be expected to stay updated on UAE labor laws, OSHA standards, and RTA safety protocols, implementing them effectively across the workplace.

Risk Assessment & Control Measures: You will be responsible for conducting regular risk assessments and identifying potential hazards in the workplace. This includes evaluating machinery, construction processes, and site layouts to determine safety risks and recommending mitigation strategies to reduce or eliminate these hazards.

Accident Prevention & Safety Audits: One of your key duties will be to prevent accidents through proactive audits and inspections. This involves routinely checking safety equipment, personal protective gear usage, and emergency response systems. You will document findings and initiate immediate corrective actions wherever necessary.

Training & Awareness Programs: As part of your role, you'll organize and conduct comprehensive safety training sessions for employees, contractors, and site visitors. You will create engaging awareness programs that emphasize safety culture, emergency procedures, fire drills, and the proper use of safety equipment.

Compliance Reporting & Documentation: Maintaining accurate safety records is crucial. You will be required to document all safety violations, audit results, incident reports, and training logs. These reports must be compiled in compliance with RTA regulations and other applicable industry standards for future references and inspections.

Coordination with Authorities: You’ll serve as the point of contact for safety-related communication with regulatory bodies such as the RTA or local civil defense departments. It will be your responsibility to ensure that all safety practices meet legal and client expectations, and to represent the company during external audits.
